In November of 2015, Pat was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. The devastating news hit hard, but Pat's positive spirit and incredible determination has continued to keep us all hopeful and certain that she can, and will beat this! Her journey has lead her to be treated in Milwaukee where the care has been everything she and we have prayed for. She has endured several rounds of chemotherapy and radiation like a champ, all in hopes of shrinking the tumor enough to have the "Whipple" surgery; a very complicated and extensive procedure that many surgeons won't even attempt. Well, she did it and her surgery is scheduled for October 7th in Milwaukee! Please keep Pat and her doctors in your prayers as she takes the next big step to beat this ugly thing called cancer!
