Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We've created it to keep friends and family updated about Penny. It will be updated periodically by members of Penny's family as well as by members of her Sisters of Loretto community as we follow Penny through this challenge.

My sister Penny suffered a major stroke on Friday, May 18, 2012.  She has an incredible network of friends, neighbors, and community supporting her, from the mailman who discovered her, the neighbors who called 911 and stayed with her throughout Friday night, and other neighbors and members of the Sister of Loretto community who have stayed with her at the hospital throughout the weekend.  Our family is forever indebted to all of those who have come to her aid. While we may not be able to thank each of you in person, we hope you know how much you are appreciated and what a blessing you have been, and continue to be, during this crisis.
