Welcome to our CaringBridge site. This is where we will keep friends and family updated on Phyllis’s recovery journey.

On July 17th, in the afternoon, Phyllis had a massive cerebellar stroke while she was at home in Bluff Dale. Greg was home (thank you Jesus!) when she started having dizziness, loss of balance and then profuse vomiting. He called an ambulance to take her to the hospital and when the ambulance arrived at the house the medical team made the decision to airlift her to Medical City Fort Worth.

That evening she underwent a Suboccipital Craniectomy for an evacuation of hematoma.

We greatly appreciate all your prayers, support, and encouragement.
