Phil Brown

Phil Brown is 65 years old, a dedicated family man to the very core of his being.  On Dec 9 at about 1:15 AM he suffered a massive heart attack while in bed, and Cynthia's call to 911 brought a quick response from the local fire company.  Cynthia was given instructions over the phone for giving chest compressions, after pulling Phil to the edge of the bed and onto the floor.  The EMT team had to  shock his heart 6 times.  At the hospital 2 stents were needed to repair the major artery that had failed and caused the heart attack.  Phil has been in a coma the entire time, and he's receiving superb care at St. Francis Hospital here in Wilmington.
