Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We
appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. Peyton was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma a form of brain cancer (Sonic Hedgehog grade 2) in November 2017 and under went a successful full resection brain tumor removal on
November 4th. Peyton had an  extensive  MRI to confirm no additional tumors were in her spine followed by a lumbar puncture to confirm there was no cancer cells in her spine as well. Peyton underwent 6 weeks of radiation including full head and spine and finished off with  radiation to the tumor sight. Her next step is intense chemotherapy for 4 months starting on
February  21st  followed by a chemo pill that targets her specific type of tumor for an additional 12 months.
Peyton is being treated at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and her doctors have told us Prognosis is good.  We will update you all as our journey continues.  Thank you everyone for all your love and support.
