Pete has a courageous heart, but even a courageous heart does not always beat in rhythm. As many know Pete has ongoing challenges with A-fib.

Summer of 2019 Pete was diagnosed with retina cancer. Partnering with Teams in both Wisconsin & Illinois. Pete underwent radiation treatment. Since he has been holding steady and has showed significant improvement.

In Winter of 2021 Pete got a bacteria in his blood that originated in his shoulder. The infection caused immense pain in his shoulder and caused him to lose strength, but never effected his strong his spirit. He boldly underwent a little over a month of antibiotic treatment to recover.

August 2021 Pete was diagnosed with stage 3 esophagus cancer. To prepare for treatment Pete underwent multiple procedures to include a port for treatment & a feeding tube to help him keep his strength.

On Friday 9/17/21.  Pete became confused, with slurred speech & weakness. He was immediately taken for testing, which concluded he had had a mini stroke. Miraculously throughout the day Pete has regained most of his speech and mobility. Anyone that knows Pete would not be surprised to learn he is already counting down the days to gun hunting this year, so he is in good spirits.

The constant prayers of family and friends, a strong wife, along with Pete's courageous spirit only proves anything is possible! Thank you all for your kind words & support. It is greatly appreciated!!!

Jeremiah 20:11 The Lord is with me like a MIGHTY WARRIOR.
