Peter McKay

Peter has been an inpatient at Brigham and Women's Hospital since July 28. It seems all the antibiotics peter received for the osteomyelitis in his right hand has wreaked havoc on his kidney and he subsequently went into kidney failure. As of today 8/9/16 Peter has had three dialysis sessions due to kidney failure. He had a kidney biopsy yesterday that we are waiting for the results.  That should be very helpful in planning a course of action.  Peter is also in the process of turning his Internal Medicine Practice over to another physician and so Janet has her hands full with this transition.  I will post again when I hear the results from Peter's kidney biopsy. Meanwhile let's send Pete and Janet all the love and support we can.  Deb
