I have breast cancer. It comes with lots of letters and numbers but the only important information is I do not intend for this to define who I am or how I live my future. I have a cottage under live oaks, mild short winters and two grands to play with waiting for me, not to mention having a cool place for my other two grands to visit.
One of the things I am grateful for are all the wonderful people I have in my life. I know I have a plethora of prayers, good feelings and positive energy coming my way. (did you like the proper use of plethora?)
We decided a blog would be the best way to keep everyone in the loop. I know that most people have busy lives. This way people have a quick way to check in and get an update. For some people this is hard to talk about. They don’t know what to say or what questions to ask. I understand. Hopefully, this gives them a way to stay up to date. Lastly, there may be some people who believe I have a tendency to over share. ( weird, right?) This gives those people a way to skim for the gist.
Please continue to text, email, visit or call. You know me, I am all about communication. (translation: I like to talk)
