Pegi (Weeth) Olsen

Welcome to our CaringBridge website for Pegi (Weeth) Olsen. We are using it to keep family and friends updated.
As most of you know, Pegi had a heart transplant on July 3, 1994 after a viral infection destroyed her heart.  We have been blessed to have her here with us for another 24 more years on this earth.
The last few years have been eventful for her with a variety of health challenges. Recently, she was diagnosed with an aggressive  melanoma (skin cancer) and had a very bumpy ride the last year. She's been in and out of the hospitals here in La Crosse and Madison with a variety of afflictions.
We have no idea what will be next, but her friends and family are with her and everything that can be done, is being done.
