Dad had a fall Tuesday afternoon, October 30. Mom and he were covering their new camper for the winter when Dad fell 10 feet from a ladder onto his head. He was rushed to Baptist East ER. The CT showed he sustained five skull fractures, internal brain bleeding, two blood clots on his cerebellum and one blood clot on his frontal lobe. After being ventilated and sent to Neuro ICU, Dad was immediately taken in to emergency surgery to reduce the swelling of his brain, drain and stop the hemorrhaging . Dad returned to Neuro ICU just after midnight. We will update this page as necessary..
