Hello. On October 17th, 2022, I have been diagnosed with Stage 2  RECTOSIGMOID COLON MASS: ADENOCARCINOMA . In other words colorectal cancer and I am looking forward to getting rid of it as soon as possible.  Thanks for supporting me in my battle and thank you for visiting!  My team of doctors has hit the ground running and I will soon find out my plan of action to be cancer free.  The good news is that the cancer has not spread to my organs or other parts of the body, so we are in Stage 2.

In August 2022 I experienced some bleeding and this triggered me to schedule a colonoscopy.  During that procedure, the tumor was found and later biopsied to be cancer.  I highly recommend everyone reading this to schedule a colonoscopy once every 10 years starting at age 40 instead of the CDC recommended age 50.  This is because there is a trend that colon cancer is appearing in younger adults.  Today 30% of CRC diagnoses appear in people under age 55.

I plan on following in the footsteps of my brother Robert who has inspirationally beaten stage IV Follicular Lymphoma after a long 15 year battle.  He is currently cancer free  and I will be counting on him as a great resource to help me win my battle.  For more on his incredible story, please visit
