Paul Hike

Welcome to our CaringBridge website.  We are using this site to keep family and friends updated in one place.  As many of you know, Paul was diagnosed with lung cancer a few weeks ago after a large mass was found in the left upper lobe of his lung.  We have been doing many tests and things in order to figure out exactly what we are dealing with and we have a couple more to go in the next week.  Paul will start chemo and radiation this upcoming week as well as see another surgeon for a second opinion of the determined treatment plan.   We decided to put this together in order to do updates to multiple people at once.  We appreciate your support, words of hope and encouragement.  Each and every one of them really mean the world to us.  Thank you for visiting and as we move forward with this journey to kick cancer's butt we will provide as many updates as we can.
