Recently Patty suffered a traumatic brain injury while at the home of a friend for whom she was housesitting. The details and circumstances surrounding the event are unclear as she was alone at the time and has minimal recollection of what occurred. After a somewhat rocky course and 6 days in ICU, today she "graduated" to the floor and appears stable.
The future is uncertain and we hope that she continues to make strides each day towards a complete recovery.
