As most of you know, I have been battling bladder cancer for 2 ½ years. After many treatments, it has been determined that I will need to have my bladder removed to hopefully prevent the spread of the cancer.
The surgery is scheduled for March 2nd at Roswell Park Cancer Comprehensive Institute right here is Buffalo, NY. It is being done robotically assisted. We have been told it is long surgery and lengthy recovery.
It is good news that there is something available to hopefully improve the quality of my life and prolong it.
I am aware that many of you are people who pray and put your faith in God. John & I are asking that as the Lord brings us to your mind, please be praying before, during, and after the surgery. I am so thankful for those of you who have been praying for us for a long time. Your prayers and intercession are a true blessing.
