As some of you may know our mom was diagnosed with advanced, stage 4 colon cancer that has spread to her stomach lining (Nodules). They are unable to operate to remove the tumor at this time because of the amount of the Nodules. Our 1st line of treatment is chemo. At this point, we are hoping to shrink the nodules and stabilize the tumor so it doesnt spread anymore.
That being said, we have a very long, hard road ahead of us.
Asking for help...especially money is completely against everything our mom stands for. She is the hardest working person I know. If you know our mom and our history you know how hard she has worked to get herself to where she is now. But now with the cancer, the chemo, possible surgery...she isnt going to be able to work as often as she would like, if at all. She is terrified to lose everything she has worked so hard for on top of all the medical bills that will come along with this battle. This in itself is causing her so much stress...which isnt good for her and causing her more physical and mental pain. So we decided to try one of these GoFundMe's to see if we can help raise any money that will help alleviate some of the stress she has. We want her to not work as much and focus on beating this awful cancer!!!!
