If you're here, you probably know that Patsy was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer in November 2016.
You may also know her as the most wonderful and also the most stubborn person in the world -- or maybe that's just my view as her daughter. Her stubborn streak is helpful when it comes to conquering malignancies, and she's prepared to put up a fight. She was in the best shape of her life prior to this diagnosis, went to two well check-ups a year (including one in mid-October that showed nothing wrong) and was asymptomatic until last month. I'm amazed she even went to the doctor for the small symptoms she did develop - a slight nausea and abdominal pain.
