Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. After being in Independent Living at Country Meadows since April 2015, Pat was having a hard time getting up and around at the beginning of February 2016. She ended up going to the hospital on February 5, where they determined that she had congestive heart failure. After tests and observations, they transferred her to rehab at Homewood Health Care in North Frederick. Keep an eye out for journal posts to see her progress.
