Pam was diagnosed on March 23rd, 2016 with ovarian cancer.  It had spread from the ovaries into her peritoneal wall and liver.  The initial diagnosis took place at a hospital in Kenosha but she transferred up to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee the next day to get the opinion of a gynecologic oncologist.  The oncologist agreed with the diagnosis and recommended a course of treatment that includes 9 weeks of chemotherapy and then likely surgery to remove any remaining cancer from her abdomen.

She began her chemotherapy on March 30th and will go back weekly for the full 9 week course. She luckily will be able to rest comfortably at home in between treatments.  She is in very good spirits, all things considered, and is not in very much discomfort at this time.

I will post updates on this site as they come.  I will also share this site with her so she can read any positive feedback left from visitors.

For anyone that has ever met Pam, she always has a cheerful outlook on life and continues to. She has lots of hope and dreams for the future.  Please continue to pray for her.  She is a fighter and we can all fight with her!
