Thank you for coming here to support Pam, Roberto, Zach, Jonah and Esther through this new and challenging period of our lives. As you most likely are already aware, Pam was diagnosed on Friday, July 8, 2011 with Pancreatic Cancer. We have set up this site to help keep our family and friends informed throughout treatment.

This is especially difficult for Pam's mom, Esther: 16 years ago Pam's brother Dean died of Pancreatic Cancer at age 50. Science has identified the gene responsible and this can help the younger family members with preventative therapy. 



We have been blessed that for the last fortytwo yearstogether most of the news we have shared with you has been good news.

It is with anxiety in our hearts that now we must share badnews.

After an ultrasound and catscan confirmed the worst suspicions; Pam faces the fight of her life.

She has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

               We are at the beginning of our battle – strong in our resolve to defeat this enemy, and to live out our lives together and make our dreams and plans come true.

               The immediate future is difficult, but God willing and with the support of family and friends we will see the sun come out again.
