As you may or may not know, Paige has been tube-fed her entire life. She was born with esophageal atresia which means she was missing most of her esophagus. She had many hospitalizations when she was little, but the feeding tube allowed her to grow and be healthy. She had the same tube site for 20 years and it started to deteriorate, so surgery was done to make a new feeding tube site.
Paige had what was supposed to be a same-day procedure on Nov. 16, 2016 but she now enters the 15th day of her saga.
