Owen Williams Owen’s Warrior Journey

Welcome! Owen was diagnosed with Amyoplasia at birth. This is a condition that causes low muscle tone, and  low bone density. Amyoplasia is part of a broader condition known as Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita (AMC). AMC has varying degrees and affects individuals differently. Owen is affected in nearly every joint. This condition causes his ankles, knees, hips, fingers, wrists, elbows and shoulders to be very stiff.  He will have extensive therapy, casts, splints, braces and surgeries to help increase his range of motion. We are using this website to keep family and friends updated on his “Warrior Journey”. We appreciate your prayers and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
