It is with great despair, continued disbelief, and profound sadness that our sweet girl Nilyiah Mae passed from this world at 10:30PM, July 3rd, 2021. She was in a car accident on June 30th and received a traumatic brain injury which she could not recover from. Her closest people were all around her, hands on her body, sending prayers and love, when we took her off of life support and her spirit left her body. A glimmer of light in the darkness is that her death has saved 3 lives in the hours after she breathed her last, as her kind heart had always wished to be an organ donor.
