Over the past 4 years, many have heard regularly from Steve Shimberg about Mom's diagnosis, treatment, incredible physical stamina, phenomenal medical team (especial Dr. Pierre Giglio and Samantha Turner, RN, at OSUCCCJames), and the ways that Orlene and Steve continued to live independently with the constant drone of cancer. This will take the pressure off of Dad to maintain that effort as he turns his attention to caring for Mom and himself.
