Mary Cahill Operation Kick Ass

First post: Nov 13, 2018 Latest post: Oct 28, 2019
Operation Kick Ass.
It's the name my mom, Mary, has given to her journey with cancer thus far.
A journey that, unbeknownst to her, began back in April 2017.

April 2017 - Mary begins experiencing kidney issues and sees a urologist to determine the cause.
May 2017 - Kidney function continues to worsen.
June 2017 - Stents are placed in each of her ureters to allow for proper drainage of her kidneys.
Mid July 2017 - After further tests and a tissue biopsy,  doctors find signet cell adenocarcinoma in her stomach.
July 21, 2017 - Mary is officially diagnosed with gastric (stomach) cancer and Operation Kick Ass begins.

And the rest of this story?
It's a story of recovery, not of treatment.
A story of healing, not of illness.
And we feel so blessed to have your help in writing it.
With your love, your hope, your prayers, and your support.

Now, let's kick some ass.
