I had open heart surgery on May 23rd, having a new valve installed, a triple artery bypass, and a pace maker installation. 

I'm in need of some self-care assistance and physical assistance:

• Rides to the doctors' and meetings
• Grocery and other shopping
• Apartment upkeep (dishes, cleaning, laundry), as I can't really lift anything more than 5 lbs.
