On July 10th, we were unexpectedly told that our two-year-old baby girl had cancer. Olivia has Neuroblastoma, cancerous tumors that have already spread to the bone marrow in her hips, femurs, and spine.

This week, we will be doing diagnostics to find the primary tumor, and we'll be working to develop a treatment plan with the staff at the Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis.

This news has been incredibly painful for us. I have never truly known the meaning of the word "weary" until now.
Your prayers have been keeping us afloat, and we ask that you would please keep holding Olivia and our family before God. We are scared. We are incredibly sad. And we need community.

We hope to keep this site as updated as possible with Olivia's journey.
We are in constant need of prayer: for healing, for peace, and for hope.

Here are our specific prayer requests:
*That the doctors would be able to locate the primary tumor so that it can be treated and completely removed.
*Protection over Olivia's heart: that she would know love, joy, and peace even in the midst of such a difficult journey for a two-year-old.
*That God would transform our fear that sometimes feels incredibly overwhelming.

Thank you for sharing this pain with us. And thank you for being Love.
You can find other ways to help under the "Ways to Help" tab above.
