This is an update on Tuesday 11/7/16, in the morning
As I have written to you earlier.... We are all holding Norma with great love and we are concerned, so I will try to keep the communication going as we join in with prayers for her and her family. More details should emerge later in the morning. Latest news: very complex situation. Immobilized in ICU: multiple fractures (ribs, knee, sternum, collar bone, spine and neck). Complications involving also heart and one lung (bruised hopefully not punctured). Sedated but alert, she even cracked a joke about resting. Sophia and Art stayed till 3am. Loren too. They were able to see her briefly. ICU is very strict. Maybe sending cards could be a way to let her know she is loved and held dearly. Although she knows!! I will find out about cards from the hospital. If all goes well, after a few days in ICU she will be moved to a room and eventually to a Rehab facility. Accident doesn't seem to have been her fault. Apparently someone crossed her lane. The car is totaled. Keep Norma in the Light! Prayers and love to each of you. Mariabruna
