Welcome family and friends, to Nora's Notes! This is a place for us to provide updates on our 1-in-20,000 baby girl, diagnosed at 20 weeks with Trisomy 13.
Nora Marie was born at 31 weeks after Nicole was diagnosed with severe preeclampsia. On May 20th, 2021 at 2:15 p.m. she made her grand entrance and lived for five wonderful hours and nine perfect minutes. Our girl left this world at 7:24 p.m. on Thursday, May 20th, 2021. We love her infinitely and miss her endlessly.
Updates to be provided on more about Nora's birth story, full life of love and comfort, and how we will be honoring our girl in the days, weeks, months, and years to come. Thank you all for supporting and encouraging us on this journey of being parents to such an exceptional baby girl.
