As most of you know lately my health has not been the best. I been getting the run around so to keep everyone up to date I decided to start this so we don't need to worry about reaching out to everyone to update them. Since beginning the year I really have not felt well. Getting fever here and there, body aches, exhaustion etc. Then on 5/4 I woke up out of dead sleep in horrible abdominal pain. I then started losing blood from my rectum and fainted. This happened 3 times. I went to ER they admitted me did bunch tests. Found out there was a good amount blood in my stomach and they never could figure out where it was coming from. Had MRI of my chest and stomach which came back abnormal my veins did not look right. Had colonscopy and found out I have ischemic colitis, low blood flow and inflammation of the colon and large intestinal wall. I got released on 5/7 due to get better rest and follow ups with specialists. I have a referral for GI and Vascular at the Mayo. Last night I was not doing well again lost more blood and was in pain. So I'm admitted again... I'll be seeing vascular and GI here at St Cloud Hospital today. Depending on what I find out multiple things could happen. Worse Case scenario would be surgery. Best case is If I don't get answers I'll demand a transfer and being admitted to the Mayo. Thank you to all my friends and family for love and support.
