Hello this is about my daughter Nicolette (Nikki). We found out on February 3, 2017 that she has a disorder called moyamoya. This has caused her to have a stroke. She has been in the hospital and did rehab inpatient. She was lucky enough to go home for a couple of days before her surgery. Nikki had her surgery to help get blood flow back to the right side of brain on Tuesday 28, 2017. We thought her recover was going ok. Then on March 3 she was becoming restless and she had a CT scan and was rushed to surgery to relieve pressure on the brain . Nikki is now sedated and stable. She will be sedated for days.
