Nick Mendoza Living In His Grip

After a couple of weeks of what we thought was gallbladder pain, on October 2, 2019 Nick’s doctor called to tell him he had several masses in his abdomen. There was no advance notice, per se, no exceedingly whacked out labs, no nausea or vomiting, no other obvious signs of problems other than right sided upper quant pain...mostly after eating. Of course, we were devastated and proceeded to cry, plan, and wait for treatment to start. Until then, we are in the Lord's grip...a place where so far in addition to the usual fear, sadness, and grief, we've experienced love, peace, comfort, and numerous confirmations of God taking care of us. This includes the presence of all of you and your desire to help where you can, encourage when you cannot, and pray constantly! We love you all very much!
