Just over a week ago Nicki noticed a lump in her right breast and was quickly seen at Jane Brattain Breast Center.  She underwent an array of tests including several mammograms, ultrasounds and biopsies all within one day (Jane Brattain is fantastic!).   On  Monday, April 23rd we received results that she has breast cancer.  Oddly enough, the right breast was clear.   However, the left breast had a cancerous mass as well as a second mass with atypical cells.   She was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma, triple-negative, Stage 2, Grade 3.
