Nathan Carver

On Wednesday, February 10  Nathan was admitted to Piedmont Midtown Medical Center in Columbus, GA with Covid-like symptoms. After testing positive for the flu they ran blood work and realized he also had leukemia. After a long weekend trying to digest the news we (Amanda & Giorgio) were able to get him referred to Wake Forest Baptist Cancer Center in our hometown of Winston-Salem. Micah brought him to Winston-Salem on Monday, February 15 and he was admitted on the 16th. It's been a long week, with an added diagnosis of pneumonia and days on oxygen, but I hope with this site to be able to update better from this point out.
