Naomi Lee Kouchi

This CaringBridge site is meant to be a place where Jeff and Jeena can share with family and friends as much (or as little) as they want.  You can choose under your own settings on this site how you would like to be updated of their entries (via text, email or you can just come and check in when you want).  

Jeff and Jeena welcomed precious Naomi Lee Kouchi into the world on August 3rd, 2021. She is a much prayed-for bundle of joy!! She will face many challenges as she grows and will need your support, prayers and love through the years.  


Naomi was born with spina bifida and lipomeningocelel. Both conditions affect the spine, mobility, the bladder, bone and muscle, kidney, and the brain. For Naomi, spina bifida means she has a tethered cord (spinal cord is not fully developed) and will require surgery to untether the cord in spinal cord on December 13th.  


As you can imagine, this is an overwhelming, emotional, unexpected journey Jeff, Jeena and Naomi are embarking on and they are thankful to their community for the prayers and support given.
