Naomi Ford

Naomi was diagnosed with a tumor on her pituitary gland and an autoimmune disease of her thyroid. She is going to the Mayo Clinic next week to see if she is a candidate for surgery to remove the tumor. We leave Alaska on Saturday,  December 17th and her initial appointment is on Monday, December 19th. At this point we really know very little about her specific situation. We have learned about pituitary tumors, but will not know details about hers until we see the doctor down there. We hope to be able to keep everyone updated using this website!
