I think you know my story: I have been diagnosed with head and neck cancer, and am under the care of a great team at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. I'm having surgery to remove the cancer on November 5th, and since it'll be a while before I can talk with my friends and family, this site is where we'll be posting updates on how I'm doing.
