Welcome to Nancy's CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
After being diagnosed with High Risk Multiple Myeloma (HRMM) in September 2021, Nancy has undergone treatment both locally and in Rochester, NY with a specialized team. In March 2022, she was able to temporarily pause her chemotherapy regime so that she could undergo harvesting her stem cells. The week of April 17, 2022, Nancy will be given an intense dose of chemo, which will wipe our her immune system, prepping her body for a stem cell transplant. Since this is an intensive, long process, this CaringBridge site was created to help keep family and friends updated on the ins and outs of the stem cell transplant part of treatment.
