Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
Nancy's journey began in the fall of 2013. Since her diagnosis, Nancy has been undergoing treatment at the college of many names; MCG, GRU, GRUA, and finally Augusta University. Although the name has changed, the care that Nancy has and is receiving  has and is second to none. Currently she is in the hospital mapping out the next leg of her journey. She is feeling much better and now needs to start to get her strength back.
Nancy is scheduled to go home the early next week. Her course of treatment will include IV nutrition which will be done at home daily.  She will have a new chemo/immunotherapy  every other week at the AU Cancer Center.
Thank you for being so understanding about Billy and I returning calls and texts. We are both trying to focus on Nancy and Freida and run out of hours in our day.  Everyone who know and loves Nancy also understands that she does not do well with a lot of commotion, so we are asking for you to send cards/texts/messages and wait until she is stronger to visit. We will be in touch when we need  help with transportation and errands.Continue to keep our family in your thoughts and prayers.

Love, Judi
