Nancy Baer has been fighting kidney disease and just recently diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. She is one tough lady! Nancy's family created this page to hear from her friends and family and to give updates on her health. Nancy is in hospice care at Fairmont Rehab Center in Chicago.
