My mom began to feel weakness in her right leg at the beginning of June. Her doctor sent her for an MRI and found a bulging disc which he treated with steroids.  It seemed to be getting better, however, last week, the symptoms came back and actually worsened. She was having trouble walking without assistance, and also began to experience weakness in her arm. Her doctor sent her for another CT, this time of her head. This is when a quarter sized tumor was found near the surface of the left side of her brain. She was immediately sent to the ER where she was admitted on 7/6/17.
