MyNeighbor has been living with COPD for many years and with help from medical and therapy teams, quality of life was good to excellent. However, MyNeighbor's health has been declining in 2018 and he was admitted to the hospital last week, and will be discharged to hospice care, surrounding by loving family, friends and neighbors.
