Mya Lambert

Mya had not been feeling well for about a month with a cough and sore throat. We took her to the walk in clinic and she was positive for strep and put on antibiotics. The sore throat cleared up but the cough did not. She was trying to play sports but was always out of breathe and coughing. On Monday November 14 we took her to a walk in clinic for a chest x-ray to see if she had bronchitis or pneumonia. The x-ray showed a fist sized mediastinal mass in her left chest area. With a week and a half of tests we were informed she had Hodgkin's lymphoma. Mya will be getting her port put in Wednesday November 23 and will be starting chemo on Thanksgiving Day. Please say a prayer for Mya and the pediatric oncologists to get Mya healthy again.
