Morgan Smith

Morgan is a sweet 16 year old girl who had an unfortunate accident on Saturday August 20, 2016.  She was riding her bike with a friend and was hit by a car and drug underneath for 39 feet. She's suffering from multiple fractures  but we thank God that her brain is intact and her spinal column is fine.   She has multiple fractures in her face. Literally every bone.  A few fractures on the vertebrae in her neck, but luckily not close to her spinal column. A fracture on her shoulder blade and another on her tail bone. As well as pulmonary contusions and likely bruised ribs.   


It's hard to say that she's lucky when you look at how  beat up she is. But we know that it could have been so much worse. She's one tough cookie. Thoughout this whole time she has maintained as much of a spunky attitude as she can.  As she's able to speak she has stated she's the toughest one in our family and makes fun of her dad as much as she can.
