Our mom is beautiful in and out. Her sense of humor alone will make you love her. She is strong, courageous and fierce.
When she was first diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2019 it broke our hearts. We were scared and had no idea what her journey would be like. Our mom looked at us and said "I'm going to fight this. I'm making cancer my bitch"  Let's do this! She has had some ups and downs with 6 months of chemotherapy. Endured 30 rounds of radiation with daily chemo like a champ. She was preparing for the Whipple surgery that could possibly get her to be cancer free.
On Monday December 9th her surgery was not a success. Surgeon biopsied some nodules that tested positive for cancer. Her cancer had spread outside of the pancreas so he had to close her back up. Once again we were devastated. Our mom looked at us and said "I didn't come this far to quit"
Our hero. She is our hero! She is set to start chemo on Friday January 3rd. Earlier this week, we went to ER where she was admitted for dehydration. CT scan showed that her cancer has advanced even more. Once again, we were just devastated and in disbelief. Our mom looked at us and said "I'm going to fight until I can't anymore"  This amazing mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, and aunt is like no other. She is our hero!! God has seen us through each and every day ❤️ He has given our mother the strength and will to fight. He has been with our family each moment. Our support has been amazing. Thank you ❤️
