Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place since the WhatsApp chats are full and more people are wanting to join. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting. Saturday the 13th Monica was at home and was going out side to feed the animals. "as many of you know we have a little "Old Macdonald's farm" she stepped out side and seen a horse in our little pond that had broken through the ice "was about 2inches thick. She called me but I was out at my farm about 30 minutes away. I called dad because I knew she'd pry get into the pond to help the horse. Dad and Mom came over as quick as they could on the icy roads. Yes, she had panicked and had gotten into the pond to try to keep the horses head above water. She was in the pond for about 20 to 30 minutes. We took her to the local ER and thay put fluids in her and sent us home.. My Aunt, which is a RN, had come over and was checking her vitals Tuesday night. Her temp was 105 and her blood pressure was 70/40. After she checked her over, she looked up at me and said "you need to go to the ER ASAP" . This time I took her to larger hosp in Paducah. Her blood pressure was extremely low. Her kidneys were hardly functioning and her liver enzymes were high. She has rash all over her body. Wed they told us she was septic. They are treating her for that, They have done MRI and CAT scans. She has severe leg pain and can not walk even with 2 people helping. The minister came Thurs and had a special healing prayer over her. The next morning her blood pressure was 112/66, her kidney function was normal, her liver enzymes were normal! Praise the Lord. It seemed like a direct answer to prayer. She is definitely not out of the woods yet, but she is headed in the right direction. Please pray for God's healing hand thank you for all the support and prayers. 🙏🙏
