This past week I have been diagnosed the invasive lobular carcinoma of the right breast. This came about unexpectedly when I notice through Breast Self-examination that my right breast nipple had inverted. I called my medical doctor
who schedule a mammogram. On that mammogram a 2.5 cm cyst was detected and  I was scheduled for a core biopsy. The core biopsy came back as benign but the doctors were not convinced due to the size of the tumor and the radiologic findings. I underwent an excisional biopsy of the entire tumor on February 19th. Thank God that the doctors did not stop with the first test report of benign. After testing was done on the entire tumor, malignant cells were found......meaning I will now start my fight against Breast Cancer.

I cannot express to you the importance of Breast Self-Examination. I truly believe I caught this early and will have complete cure of this horrible disease.

I ask that you keep me and my family in your prayers for complete healing as I start on this journey.
