Welcome to Molly Whit's CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.

Most of you already know that on Friday, April 15th, Molly suffered a stroke on the right side of her brain that has affected the left side of her body.  Since that time, we have also learned that she suffered a heart attack at some point in the past 6 months – that issue will need to be dealt with at some point, but the priority at this point is treating the stroke. Since then, she has been moved from BSA Hospital in Amarillo to Vibra Hospital on Wallace Blvd.  She has received excellent care from her doctors and nurses!

On Saturday, April 23rd, Molly had surgery to relieve swelling on her brain. This was a major surgery - her right bone flap was removed and will eventually be replaced.

Molly is amazing!  She knows each person that comes to see her and calls them by name.  She is mentally sharp and is tougher than nails. Her sense of humor comes through in almost every conversation and she is encouraging every person that visits.

Everyday we are seeing improvements and have had some setbacks as well, but we ask that you continue to lift Molly up as she still has along road ahead.

We remain hopeful and ask you to partner with us a we trust God to do immeasurably more!
