Mollie Thurmond

First post: Feb 2, 2017 Latest post: Aug 22, 2017

Mollie was volunteering at a community event when a large piece of glass accidentally fell on her arm in between her hand and elbow.  The glass severed several tendons, nerves, and an artery in her arm.  One surgery down, several more to go as the awesome doctors and surgeons at UMMC continue to work on Mollie's arm.

We will do our best to keep you all posted with timely updates via the more detailed journal entries section below.

In the meantime, we ask for your continued prayers for sweet Mollie. Prayers for successful surgeries ahead, for physical and psychological healing throughout the recovery process and prayers for strength and peace along the way. Mollie has been unbelievably brave, and strong, and optimistic throughout this whole process with no shock to anyone.

Your love and support means more than you'll ever know. Ross, Mollie and family are so grateful for each and every one of you.
