On January 8, 2018, I was diagnosed with High Grade Invasive Carcinoma with Meta-plastic features (i.e. Breast Cancer). My tumor is about 2.7 cm and based on size alone, it's considered Stage 2.  We are still pending results of the Sentinel Node Biopsy to tell if the cancer has spread.


Basically, my cancer diagnosis means that my form of cancer is an aggressive, rapidly growing form that is found in about 1% of patients and doesn’t respond as well to chemotherapy as other types of cancer.
