In December of 2016, Miranda Dykes was diagnosed with Carcinoma of Unknown Primary, thought to be Pancreatic. She underwent many, many rounds of Folfinrox chemotherapy, two rounds of Y90 targeted radiation, and took the Mekinist oral chemotherapy. Please see journal entries for updates on her progress.
Miranda lives with her husband John and their two cute doggies, Riggins and Tauscher. Miranda and John have supportive family and friends that have been so wonderful in helping out with everything over the last two years! Miranda sees Dr. Conkrite of ThedaCare Oncology, formerly of Fox Valley Hematology and Oncology.
